Sacha Markelic
We've signed another young lad for next season - Sacha Markelic. Sounds like a 23 year old pacy winger/forward who's been scoring goals for fun for Heanor Town this season. He won't join us until next season.
He scored both goals in the Derbyshire Senior Cup semi-final win against Long Eaton. If anyone wants to see him in action, the final of the Derbyshire Senior Cup Final (Heanor Town against Buxton) is at Pride Park, Derby at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, 17th April.

MARKELIC TO JOIN ILKESTON TOWN
Our top scorer Sacha Markelic has agreed a deal to join Ilkeston Town for the 24/25 season. Sacha will dual sign with Ilkeston Town but we are delighted that he has chosen to finish off this season with us. Good luck Sacha

According to United Counties Football League website Sacha Markelic has played 34 times for Heanor and scored 26 goals.
That’s a pretty impressive record at any level.
