Saturday 10th November matches

This Saturday's matches are :

      Coventry United  v Sporting Khalsa
      Dunkirk  v  Quorn
      Ilkeston  v AFC Wulfrunians
Long Eaton Utd  v  Boldmere St Michaels
      Lye Town  v  Westfields
      Romulus v Wolverhampton Sporting
      Shepshed Dynamo v Highgate United
      Stourport Swifts v Coventry Sphinx
Walsall Wood v South Normanton Athletic
      Worcester City v Loughborough University

Position  Team
1st       Ilkeston Town    :    Have to bounce back from Wednesday's DSC defeat and get all three points against the Wulfs

2nd      Westfields         :    Are not now looking such a threat to us because of the games in hand we have

3rd       Walsall Wood    :    Have won their last four league games and are now looking a major threat. They will almost certainly get the three points against South Normanton and they could be just 2 points behind us on Saturday night.

4th       WorcesterCity    :   Will definitely be challenging for promotion and should beat Loughborough Uni.

5th       Sporting Khalsa  :  Are our main rivals at present and we really need them to drop points. Coventry United would do us a big favour if they can win or draw against them

6th       Coventry Sphinx  :  Are not to be written off and should get the points against Stourport.

Re: Saturday 10th November matches

Ilkeston got the three points they needed against Wulfrunians thanks to Elliott Reeves's double,
Westfields scored a last gasp winner at Lye town to keep second place.
Walsall Wood kept another clean sheet winning 1-0 against South Normanton. Wood have only conceded 10 goals in 16 matches.
Worcester City dropped two points against Loughborough after conceding an 88th minute equaliser.
Sporting Khalsa scored a good win at Coventry United with two second half goals to move up to 4th.
Coventry Sphinx had to come from behind to take a point at Stourport

So four of the top six won their matches and Worcester and Sphinx both dropped two points.
