The FA Cup final will place at Wembley on 15th May.     So @FA can propose 20k from 15th May but can't let steps 3-8 attract small crowds of probably sub 200 for mini tournaments in Covid safe grounds ? @OliverDowden @CommonsDCMS sort this rubbish out! Non league been so supportive of compliance & players/fans have a right of return.
