4.22    Treasurers Report  £5500 up to date after going down to £5000 but this could actually be up £6000 what with the coach money being in profit.  Minute to monies from the Sporting Khalsa and Shepshed Dynamo games to be paid in on the next meeting . TB/AB Car boot money …£80 paid to Liam although £60 was minuted from the last meeting , the extra £20 minuted in these minutes . KW     LA  LA  TB/AB   KW

6.22    Away Travel Report Soham Rangers Coach to leave at 9am due to fans wanting to watch the Forest v Derby game which kicks off at 12-30pmLooking like £500 profit so far     ZH      
 
7.22    Club Shop & Merchandise Hardly anything left in the club shop. Expecting pre orders for any new shirts , try on – order the garment AM and KC have a meeting with Lynn Lawson ( retailer for Notts County), mainly to discuss suppliers of certain product which maybe could be of an interest to the group/club . This will be held on the Fri 28th Jan at Notts County FC ground .  Also to get in touch with Julia Cattel to organise a meeting with her about the possibility of using her for scarfs and hats in the future . AM/KC At the moment the group have a price for scarfs, £4-50 per scarf with a minimum order of 100. The scarf is to be the woven sort similar to the old one with Ilkeston Town FC across the scarf with the logo at each end .  At present there are 25 hats left …...    AM     AM/KC   AM/KC

8.22    Chairman's Report/Comments AM talks of how the group are doing great job in what they do , plus thanks for their time . Again AM states it would be great to see a few fans on board all we can do is ask.         AM  
     
9.22    Any Other Business /Action Points Any Other Business AM states he expects the new shirts for the next season to be a try-on basis then pre order .Fund raising ideas for the future (ongoing) A mini beer fest was mentioned at the last meeting but needs to be put to the club if this would be possible .  Action Points Fans forum date tbc with the club with a possibility date of being in February , but all have to agree a date as yet. Minutes to be sent to John Sheils so he can put them on the forum “Whiteball”  Last home game the group to announce the player of the year award .
