    JACQUES MAGHOMA JOINS SPALDING UNITED

    Spalding United FC are delighted to announce Jacques Maghoma has joined the club for 2021/2022 season.

    Jacques Maghoma who has made over 300 football league appearances for Burton Albion, Sheffield Wednesday and most recently Birmingham City is joining the Squad here at Spalding United and brings with him a wealth of experience. 

    Spalding United are hugely excited to gain such a talented and experienced player. Everyone at the club is pleased to be able to be part of a team which will help Jacques regain his fitness and get game time. 

    Gaby Zakuani commented: "Jacques has been with an Indian Premier League side recently. Now he's back and looking for his next challenge, I look forward to introducing him to the squad at the weekend and giving him the next step on his journey. He has lots of ability and I am sure he will keep developing further."
