Before the crunch game at Halesowen we need a convincing win against Soham Town Rangers. Although they are at the wrong end of the table with 8 points from 10 games, they have recently showed signs of improvement. They have only been beaten once in their last five matches.

These are their last five results:

Sat 09 Oct Shepshed (H) FA Trophy won 1-0
Tue 05 Oct Chasetown (A) NPL draw 1-1
Sat 02 Oct Belper (H) NPL lost 0-2
Sat 25 Sep Histon (A) NPL won 4-2

A win against Shepshed Dynamo and a draw against Chasetown in their last two matches indicates that they have recently improved their team and this game will not be easy.

Right I am back from the Lakes having missed the Daventry . When I saw that score I was a tad disappointed tbh. Hopefully we will back to scoring goals today and hopefully 3pts.
Don't get the win today and Halesowen do it will take the edge off for me in next week's game. So firstly we have to get the three points in I think a hard game .

Dominated the game. But were poor first half. They score a fluke - he tries to smash it, nearly misses it and shanks it in them we miss a pen and hit the post when it’s easier to score

Much better second half. Introducing Chapman & Verma was great use of substitutions. Chapman was class and involved in all the goals. Didn’t deserve to be sent off. Hope we appeal it. Ref so far out of his depth it’s not true. Dying to be centre of attention. Got 3 big decisions wrong - both red cards & our pen which was never a pen in a month of Sundays
