    2022/23 Pre-Season Schedule.
    The Robins will partake in eight pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2022/23 campaign. We look forward to seeing you there supporting us and other local non-league football clubs.

    Is Hinckley LRFC a new name for Leicester Road FC?


    When Hinckley United was dissolved two rival teams were formed, Leicester Road FC and Hinckley AFC


    Hinckley Leicester Road FC is a football club based in Hinckley, England. Formed on 4 November 2013 after the liquidation of Hinckley United the previous month, they are currently members of the United Counties League Premier Division South and play at the Leicester Road Stadium 

    Hinckley AFC is a football club, from Hinckley, Leicestershire, who play home games at Barwell's Kirkby Road. The club was formed in January 2014 when fans of the dissolved Hinckley United formed their own Community Trust football club, owned and democratically run by its supporters.

    Ilkeston last played at Leicester Road in the Midland League Division One (Step 6) on 20th  February 2018. Ilkeston won 1-0 and Hopkinson was the scorer. The Ilkeston team was:
    1 Hannis, 2 Fairclough, 3 Walker, 4 Shaw, 5 Jemson, 6 Marshall T, 7 Edwards, 8 Wheatley, 9 Hopkinson, 10 Gibson, 11 Bennett
    Bench : 12 Lench, 13 Deakin, 14  Morris, 15 White, 16 Hodgett-Young.

    There may be six weeks to wait for the the first pre-season friendly but there's plenty to look forward to before then. 

    Details of new signings
    Next season’s fixtures

    But before then on Wed 25th May 7 30pm at the New Manor Ground clubhouse it’s the Supporters Group AGM - Get inside information on what's happening at the Club. Find out about the benefits of being a Supporters Group Member and away travel arrangements for next season. 
    All supporters are welcome to attend.
