So if England finish second in their group anyone going to the Redditch game will miss England’s last 16 game cos we’ll be on the bus back (Ilkeston kick-off 12.30pm, England kick-off 3pm). Not a remote possibility, but if that is the case I’d rather watch Ilkeston than England.

Well said Trowell Nicky. I will certainly not watch any of the World Cup and a lot of football fans I talk to are saying the same thing. It is a disgrace that England are taking part. I just hope the England fans stay out of trouble and get home safely.

Following our win against Kings Langley our next opponents are Redditch United who are currently 7th with 28 points from 17 matches (2 points more than us). They have a chance to pick up another three points tomorrow night when they travel to Hitchin.
Our improved form has brought us five wins from our last seven games so confidence has be the the highest it's been all season as we look for three points on the road.

It's important that we get off to a good start in our December month matches with 3 points at Redditch. A win will put us above Redditch and give us confidence going into the Tamworth match the following Saturday.
Redditch have lost their last two matches both 2-1 against Hitchin and Leiston.
Their average home gate is 314
Their home record isn't brilliant : P8, W3, D1, L4. F16, A17, Points 10
When the teams met in August at the NMG it was a 1-1 draw wth Jamie Ward scoring the lkeston equaliser.

2022/23 Season match day admission prices are;
Adults - £12.00
Senior Citizens (65+) - £9.00
18-14 or Student W/ Valid ID - £5.00
Child (13-6) - £2.00

Tickets can be purchased in advance for most games via the Club's Ticket Portal. Season Tickets are available through the same portal.
From time to time the club will promote admission offers, please check individual fixtures for these.

Car Parking for 1st team matches is £3.00 per vehicle.
Our car park onsite is regularly full from 45 minutes before kick off. If full there are many other parking locations near the town centre and train station.
**Please note that parking is not allowed on the drive from Bromsgrove Road to the Car Park.

Programmes will be printed and available to purchase from the gate and the Club Shop.
50/50 raffle tickets are available from the ticket sellers within the ground and from each bar/kiosk.

Other facilities inside the ground include:
The Club's 1891 Lounge, Sponsors Suite & Directors Room are based within the main stand.
The Club has a lift to access all of these facilities that are on the 1st Floor.
The Reds Cafe is next the Main Stand Entrance and serves match day food aswell as a selection of hot and cold drinks.

The Stadium boasts two outside kiosk bars serving alcoholic beverages.
The Turnstile Bar - alcoholic drinks only
The Off Side Bar - alcoholic drinks, hot and cold soft drinks, Pie's and Pastries

The Club Shop is located at the far side of the ground. The Club shop stocks a range of team-wear items plus normal supporter favourites including hats, scarves and pin badges.

The Trico Stadium is now officially open after Redditch United Football Club unveiled its new state-of-the-art floodlit 3G pitch and revamped changing rooms.

I think stourbridge game has been moved back to 3pm mate. Something to do with needham agreed to switch because stourbridge couldnt play at home that day. Cricket came 1st and all that rubbish

We can confirm that the injury Jerell Sellars sustained against @HitchinTownFC was as bad as first feared. Jerell has unfortunately ruptured his achilles.We'd like to wish Jerell all the best in his recovery and we'll be with him throughout. For the record too, it was a completely off the ball incident and wasn't a challenge of any sort. We're all absolutely gutted for Jerell as he was starting to get match fit and show his talent, a massive loss for us but more importantly hugely disappointing for Jerell.

Here on WhiteBall, this Saturday is going to be different to normal with us having a 12 30 kickoff at Redditch.
If you're not going to the match and want to follow the action as it happens, don't forget that it's an early start.
The all important team news should be available around 12 noon.
There will also be score updates from the other matches in our league which kick off at the same time.
