Meeting with Andy Nally

These are a few things that I think can be shared.

The Southern League have informed us that Ilkeston have received more yellow cards than any other team. (no surprise there)

The league have asked us if we would like to request a move to the Northern Premier. I think this is just something offered to teams who are located on the borders between leagues for the FA to bear in mind at the time when they decide the make up of the leagues for next season. It doesn't necessarily effect their decision making.
Andy said we are unlikely to make such a request. We will play in whichever league we are allocated without specifying a preference. Andy said that he feels that the Southern League offers us a better chance of promotion and that is our number one aim next season.

Andy reported that Jamie Ward had said that the current squad is the most together bunch of players we have had whilst he has been in charge. (Ten games undefeated plays a part in that)

It was also mentioned that Kallern Thomas (on loan at Corby) and Ollie Brown-Hill (on loan at Stamford) are still our players and could be recalled if we needed them.
