Tuesday night Football (4th April)

There are some important matches tonight

Alvechurch v Mickleover
Bedford v Nuneaton
Coalville v Rushall
Needham Market v Barwell
Stratford v Redditch

Matches towards the end of the season are important to all clubs because they affect final placings.
Nuneaton, Coalville and Rushall all play tonight and their results affect automatic promotion and playoff places.
If Coalville beat promotion rivals Rushall they will be favourites to finish in top spot
Stratford are fighting to avoid relegation and they will be desperate for points against Redditch. A win would put them on the same points as Basford.
If Ilkeston are to finish above Mickleover we need Alvechurch to do us a favour.

All being well there will be score updates here tonight

Southern League Premier Central after tonights results :

https://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/southern-football-league-premier-central-division

Mickleover's slim chance of getting into the playoffs evaporated last night when Alvechurch beat them with two late goals. If they had won they would have been just six points behind Rushall who lost to Coalville.
Coalville now have a five point lead over Tamworth at the top
Stratford have only been beaten once in their last ten matches and last night's win against Redditch lifts them above Basford who slip to 17th.
