Andrew Raison
Alfreton Town have appointed Andrew Raison has their new club secretary. Andrew was originally the secretary for Ilkeston Town Reserves but eventually became first team secretary before the Town club went bust. He then became the club secretary for Ilkeston FC and was a constant during its life especially over the last two difficult years. Andrew will be sorely missed at the New Manor Ground and time will show how much he gave to Ilkeston football!
Losing Andrew is possibly the final nail in the coffin in the slow death of Ilkeston FC!

The loss of Andrew Raisin to Alfreton is a real hammer blow. Andrew's experience and dedication could have been of massive benefit to which ever football team represents Ilkeston in the future.
