Ilkeston Town manager Ian Deakin has been nominated for the Northern Premier League Manager of the Month for January. Ian has turned things around after a poor run of results which coincided with his touchline ban before Xmas. A couple of wins could have the Robins on the edge of the play off places. The nomination comes despite a flurry of negative comments about the club in general on various social media channels after the disappointing result against Leek Town on Saturday.
