We're delighted to confirm the return of Ashley Hunter.
Since leaving the Robins, Hunter has enjoyed an outstanding career with Fleetwood Town, MK Dons and Salford City, among others.

Can remember Ashley the first time he was at ilson. He was a terrier snapping at other players heels . A really good player

Ash joined Ilkeston when Che Adams left to join Sheffield United. Many expected Che Adams to be a massive loss but Ash came in and the loss of Adams was not felt so badly.
I was worried that we would struggle to score goals this season but the last two signings Anthony Dwyer and now Ash Hunter have really improved our prospects.
