    Tuesday night updates (6th Nov)

    There are two league matches :
              South Normanton Athletic v Romulus
              Walsall Wood  v Dunkirk 

    If Walsall Wood win against Dunkirk they will be only 5 points behind Ilkeston having played the same number of games.

    Also playing in the League Cup   :  
              Brocton  v  Sporting Khalsa.
    Ilkeston are at home to the winners of this match in the next round, to be played week commencing 10th December.

    In the league cup Brocton are now two up   (winners play Ilkeston)

    It sounds like a cracking game at Brocton they were 3-1 but are now losing 2-3??

    Ilkeston are still in three cup competitions :  League Cup, Derbyshire Senior Cup and FA Vase

    Didn't expect Sporting Khalsa to lose at Brocton.  Ilkeston will now play against Brocton in the next round of the League Cup.

    If we beat Belper United in the Derbyshire Senior Cup we will be away to Mickleover Sports. That will be a tough one.

    In the FA Vase we meet Eastwood in the last of the regional rounds. If we win we could be drawn against a team outside of our area. That may possibly mean travelling north to Newcastle Benfield or southwest to AFC St Austell.
