All of the managers under consideration are from the NPL Premier Division. The manager who gets the accolade is Mark Fell of Lancaster City FC who massively over achieved. Interestingly, Steve Chettle didn't get any nominations. The reason given was that he only achieved what was expected of him being as he has one of the biggest budgets in the league. He's still a top manager.
