Hanley Town play in the North West Counties League, Premier Division.  (Step 5)

Last season they were bottom of the table when the season was prematurely ended.

Their record was P 30, W 5, D 6, L 19, GF 34, GA 70,  Points  21.

The Noth West Counties League has not yet started this season.

Re: FA Cup - Ilkeston drawn at home in next round

As the poorer teams get eliminated the chances of being drawn against lower league opposition diminish so we have been fortunate in this round's draw. It can't be taken for granted but we ought to get through against Hanley Town. Assuming we do get though to the next round, It's likely that we will then have to face a team in a higher league than us.

So far our prize money earned is £3694  (£1444 for beating Shepshed and £2250 for beating Coventry Sphinx)
A win against Hanley would earn us another £3375 taking our FA cup earnings to £7069 with another £1875 to come if we are losers in the next round, that's £8944 altogether.

If we are fortunate enough to win in the 3rd round the prize money really starts to add up. A win this round  would earn us another £5625 taking winnings up to £12,694 with another £3125 to come if we are losers in the following round.
