It would be great from a financial point of view to get through say three rounds of the FA Cup

If we won in the 1st qualifying round      £2250
If we won in the 2nd qualifying round     £3375
If we won in the 3rd qualifying round      £5625
Loser in the 4th qualifying round            £3125.
                                                                _____
Total prize money.                                 £14375
                                                                _____

That really puts the financial disparity in football into perspective...

Yes , when the Football League clubs come in and then when the Premier League clubs come in, the prize money goes up astronomically.

We've not had a decent cup since 2020-21 (5 seasons ago) and 2012-13 (13 seasons ago) when, on both occassions, we reached the 4th qualifying round.
These are our FA Cup results over the last 13 years:

Season    FA Cup results

2024-25 : 1st q r beat Heanor, then lost to Hereford after a replay

2023-24 : 1st q r lost to Mickleover

2022-23 : 1st q r beat Matlock then lost to Anstey Nomads

2021-22 : Preliminary round beat Quorn then lost to Halesowen

2020-21 : Preliminary round beat Shepshed, then beat Coventry Sphinx, then beat Hanley, then beat Alvechurch,  before losing to Hartlepool in the 4th qualifying round.

2019-20 :  Extra Preliminary round lost to Loughborough Univ

2018-19 :  (MFL season) Not entered in FA Cup

2017-18 :  (MFL season) Not entered in FA Cup

2016-17 :  1st q r beat Ashby Ivanhoe, then beat Barwell before losing to Stourbridge

2015-16 :  1st q r lost to Rugby

2014-15 :  1st q r beat Matlock, then beat Solihull Moors before losing to Stockport

2013-14 :  1st q r lost to Belper

2012-13 :  1st q r beat Coalville, then beat Belper, then beat then beat Gresley before losing to AFC Fylde in the 4th qualifying round.

The one I can remember the most was the Rugby game . Was chatting to one of their fans and he said the Fri they didn't have a full squad .Before the game he said we will thrash them , how wrong was he .
