I've been wondering what the objective of the club is? Do they want promotion? Or is it prohibitively expensive? Do we just exist to give people a day out for a booze on a Saturday? The releasing of players and recruitment this year suggest the latter. Surely we follow a team to watch it achieve... Or at least to try to

Of course the club's objective is to achieve promotion. But more than that we need the club to be sustainable which means we have to live within our means. You can be assured that Deaks and the team will be doing their very best to achieve promotion.
Andy, Mark and Zane spend every waking hour trying to raise money to keep the club going.

from the years gone by i know what i want from now on . A club that can be sustainable being debt free as we all know it can cripple a club into extinction. Our club has gone the right way since Dave (yes Dave ) and Nally have took over making this club more of a community club . Nally since taking over has made it even better has made people not just the fans talk about the New Manor Ground which is great.
Yes we still have a small budget but i wouldnt want a big budget to be honest as that would put pressure on the club. If the club finances change for the better without hurting us i would say yes go for it s in promotion.
i was actually relieved we didnt get to the play offs last season because promotion would have we werent ready for that , but like i say thats my opinion only guys .
