I am not too sure what to make of today! Slow and a bit lethargic for 30 minutes then we took them apart for fifteen minutes and went 3-0 up. I thought it maybe flattered us a bit but I was sure we would look more settled in the second half. We started OK but once they scored we seemed to lose control and started to panic a bit. We fought hard and hung on to the slender lead and gained a very valuable three points.
I think I can understand the team selection but am not sure it worked as planned. I think I need to think more about the game more before I talk about individuals but overall we seemed to lack a cohesive tactical approach in the second half. We seemed to be holding on with almost thirty minutes to go. Maybe I am being unfair because in the end we got three points and are still top of the table and several players put in some excellent performances.
I do believe we will need to be better to get promoted however!
