NPL Awards Night
.
Today was the Northern Premier League AGM and tonight is the Northern Premier League Awards Night at the Birmingham Hilton Metropolitan. Our Club Secretary Liam Attwood will be attending.
Zak should be presented with his Young Player of the Year award and the prestigious Player of the Year will be revealed.
The room is starting to fill up as the AGM is about to get underway @PitchingIn_

During the AGM meeting, 14 new clubs were accepted into the @PitchingIn Northern Premier League
Following the meeting the following clubs have now departed from the @PitchingIn_ Northern Premier League @Basfordutdfc @Buxton_FC @frickleyafc @HistonFC @ilkestontown_fc @kendaltownfc @mdtfc @Mickleover_FC @PickeringTownFC @safc @SohamTownRanger @wisbechtownfc @AFCAmmers

A return of an old award and sponsored by @statsports is the Fan of the Season, selected by chairmen of the league. This seasons winner is Gordon McAllister of @WorkingtonAFC @PitchingIn_

The first 4 of our presentations made are for the Golden Boot Winners from the 4 Divisions (@MarskeUnitedFC and @RuncornLinnets representatived by club officials on behalf of the Winners) @WhitbyTownFC @BelperTownFC @StamfordAFC1896

Another new award for this season goes to the Volunteer of the year, sponsored by @statsports This is selected by a panel of chairmen from the league, and this season has been awarded to Alan Field of @Liversedge_FC (Alan's award has been received by the club on his behalf)

Stamford get an award for being the most Admin compliant club

A mention for our Derbyshire neighbours Belper Town who saw off Stamford and Chasetown to win promotion through the playoffs. Their immaculately turned out officials proudly show off their playoff winners trophy. Well deserved reward for a superbly run Club.
