Hednesford upgrade Facilities

The Baggies at Hednesford
After measures have been put into place to upgrade the facilities during the summer, Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Hednesford Town have announced that Championship side West Bromwich Albion will be playing their Under-23 PL2 and PL Cup games and also their FA Women’s National League games at Keys Park for the 2022/23 season.
In order to facilitate this partnership, it has been necessary to upgrade the floodlights and the old halogen lamps will shortly be replaced with modern, high-tech, LED lamps. This upgrade will give the improved luminosity that the FA Premier League requires to enable a facility to host PL2 games. In addition, Hednesford will be providing a specific changing facility for female match officials as part of the stadium improvements. The LED floodlights will significantly reduce power consumption, thereby reducing the club`s environmental footprint. This will also be seen locally, as the high-tech system is designed to give much lower light spillage into the neighbouring residential properties.
The much-improved lighting will greatly enhance the match experience for Pitmen supporters for its own evening games and will also ‘future proof’ the stadium for the club’s longer-term ambitions. The Pitmen expect the partnership with West Bromwich Albion to assist the club’s future development.

Hednesford Town Football Club are very pleased to offer the 22/23 season ticket pricing, and we are also adding access to additional home games which are scheduled to take place this season for the Ladies & Veterans teams, providing even greater value for money.
This years season tickets will also grant access not only to all First Team League Home Games, but all Veteran & Ladies League Home Games for the 22/23 season, that are held at Keys Park Stadium.
