We will be throwing open the door to the Arden Garages Stadium this weekend, allowing free entry to Saturday’s opening pre-season match against Coventry Sphinx. The club had already announced that 500 free tickets for mums and their kids will be available for each of their ten home friendlies but extra support from key sponsors means the offer can be extended to everyone. Chairman Jed McCrory said it would be an opportunity for supporters to see how the ground has developed over the summer and also see some of our talented academy players in action as they stake their claim for a place in the first team squad. “We are grateful for the continued backing of all our sponsors and particularly Proco/RSG Adhesives and Arden Garages which has allowed us to make this incredible offer to supporters,” he said. “Not only will they have the chance to see some of our exciting new signings in action for the first time but they will also be able to see some of our youngsters who are on the verge of Dean Holdsworth’s first team. “Our incredible group of volunteers have been working tirelessly during the summer to make improvements around the Arden Garages Stadium and this will be a chance for ‘Bardy Army’ supporters both old and new to see how the ground has developed.”
