The new signings include one player that we haven't seen enough of, Kalern Thomas. When he signed Manager Martin Carruthers said the following about the full back:

“We are delighted to welcome Kalern to the New Manor Ground.“He has been much sought after by numerous teams in our league so it’s a great coup that he opted to join us. “A pacy attacking full back who will not only add strength and power to our backline but also excite the fans with his pace and attacking style. Welcome to the club Kalern.” Welcome to the New Manor Ground Kalern. 

I'm thinking that full back is a position that we are very well served. We have Ben O'Hanlon, Billy Bennett and Kalern Thomas as well as Ollie Brown-Hill who can also play there. All excellent players.

With this choice of pacy attacking full backs it looks to me like this is the way Martin Carruthers wants to play.

The wait to see Martin Carruthers first choice team and our preferred formation is so exciting because it is so uncertain what it will be. We have so many good players in the squad.
