I'm not surprised by the postponement! I walk over the fields around West Hallam almost every day and there's one field that is an indicator of how much rain we've had. If this field is waterlogged you could put money on the NMG being too wet! I went over the field at three today expecting it to be reasonably dry but it was like the Somme! I thought oh dear! The muddy field gets it right again who needs a pitch inspection when you've got the muddy field? The location is however remaking a secret!
