Belper's Danny South asks for a transfer

Danny South has today handed in a transfer request, which has been reluctantly accepted by the club. He will always be regarded by fans and colleagues as a fearless leader of the team and will leave behind a host of glorious memories for Nailers supporters. Good luck Danny. 
In my opinion a good central defender who also scores goals

He was on the bench at Belper last week which is a bit of a comedown for their former captain. I would love to see him at Ilkeston if we interested! Fingers crossed!

Yes please. Strong in the air. Good organiser. Very solid. And didn't the owners say we were after a new centre-back? He's local and he's available. Wonder if Wardy rates him.

But why was he on the bench if is that good . Is he injury prone now ?

Danny South has dropped down a level to join Ossett United. He played in their 2-0 win over Long Eaton United today.
