In-form and out of form teams in our league (from the wonderful Football Web Pages)
We are approximately a quarter way into our league fixtures with most teams having played 11 or 12 matches out of the 42 to be completed. Three teams are starting to pull away at the top, Tamworth. Nuneaton and Coalville with Leiston and Redditch not far behind. There are then 12 teams, including Ilkeston. separated by just 4 points. Any of these12 teams could break into the play off places if they put a decent run together.

Ilkeston and Long Eaton both suffered midweek defeats. Ilkeston lost 2-0 to Stourbridge while Long Eaton lost 2-1 at Cleethorpes.
Long Eaton have now gone ten matches in all competitions without a win. This is new territory for Ian Deakin who prior to this season experienced nothing but success.

And Long Eaton's club captain, Romaine Graham, has left the club and joined Newark and Sherwood United.
