Stourbridge have been in touch to say their pitch is ok and there is no need for a pitch inspection at this moment in time. If the situation changes this thread will be updated.

Stourbridge's twitter account at 2 25 pm is saying that the rain has stopped and the pitch is fine for tonight's match so it looks like GAME ON.

Head nearly puts Dwyer through as Ilkeston threaten to punish Stour on the break. Great opportunity for Dwyer through on goal but his lob goes over. That was a big chance.

Not all of our supporters were keen on the apparent game plan of defending in depth and counter attaching when possible. It has to be said that we defended really well up until the penalty equaliser and Stourbridge were becoming more and more frustrated. We had a big chance to go two up when Anthony Dwyer was through but his lob over the keeper was too high. To be fair I thought Dwyer had an excellent game often on his own up front. We made a double substitution just before their equaliser and some fans questioned that but it's easy to make judgements in retrospect. Overall Stourbridge deserved to win but Ilkeston can take positives from the way they defended for 75 minutes. Dante Leverock was outstanding although it was he who gave away the penalty from which Stourbridge equalised.
