NAILERS PART COMPANY WITH KITTRICK   BY DAVID LAUGHLIN
2 JANUARY 2023

Belper Town Football Club regrets to announce that the club has parted company with manager, Steve Kittrick and assistant, Luke Potter. Appointed just over three months ago in mid-September, Kittrick took over the reins with the club rooted to the foot of the Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division table. He presided over 15 league matches for the Nailers, winning just three of these and leaving the club still in the relegation zone.
There had been huge criticism of the club and the team’s performance after the heavy 4-0 loss to by local rivals Matlock Town seven days earlier and as a consequence, the Board decided that a change in direction would be the best way forward.
