Massiah McDonald has joined Basford ...
NEW SIGNING: MASSIAH McDONALD (basfordunited.com)
Not exactly an inspiring signing. Struggled when he was with us, and looks like he’s only scored 5 or 6 goals in the last 4 or 5 years.
Mitch Tait has left Basford via mutual consent. I always liked Mitch Tait when he was with us and I was disappointed when he left. I think he’s still only around 22.

Messiah is a player who lives on past reputation sadly and Mitchell Tait appears to be wasting his potential. He has pressures away from the game which appear to have hampered his progress.

Thought Tait was a really good in the making but it hasnt happened as yet . Thought his best game was at Halesowen away when we won with ten men .
