LEROY LITA LEAVES THE BORO

Experienced striker decides it's time to move on.   Regretably,, Leroy Lita has decided to leave the club. This was the experienced striker’s second spell with the Boro after re-signing at the start of this season. To sign a player of his calibre, twice, is a testament to the reputation of Jimmy Ginnelly in non-league football. Lita’s most recent contribution was scoring our first of two goals in the Boro’s 2-2 draw against Hitchin Town on Friday night. Before leaving, Leroy wanted to say the following to the fans: “Unfortunately, my time at NBFC has come to an end. It’s been a pleasure working with the gaffer, Andy, Jamie, Acca, Hannah and the boys. The gaffer was the main reason for me re-signing and I have so much respect for the work I’ve seen him do over the years for the club. Best of luck to the fans and everyone at the club.”
