    New Signing - Jonathan Wafula

    We are delighted to announce the signing of 29-year-old Jonathan Wafula. Pending approval, the former Chesterfield, Boston, Matlock and Basford forward will be available this weekend for our home game against Marine AFC. Welcome to the NMG, Jonathan.

    Jonathan Wafula was in the Basford squad when we played against them a couple of weeks ago but he was an unused sub. He's played 12 times for Basford and scored twice (against Morpeth at home on 12 Aug and Morpeth away on 16 Dec)
    He played in Basford’s first three matches at the start of the season then didn’t play again until 2nd Dec. He then played in every game until 16th Jan.
