Bamber Bridge bounced back from four consecutive defeats with two good away wins in their last two matches. They won by 3-1 at Morpeth and by 4-2 at Worksop last Saturday. The last time they played at home was on 27 January (5 weeks ago) when they lost to Radcliffe 5-1 and they had their biggest attendance so far, 684. 

Bamber’s best result this season was a 5-2 home win against Basford
Bamber’s worst result this season was a 7-1 home defat against Marine 
When the two teams met earlier in the season at the NMG, Ilkeston won 1-0.

BAMBER BRIDGE 2024 Beer festival
The Bamber Bridge annual beer festival returns this Easter, Friday 29th March until Sunday 31st March
As always our beer bar will offer the finest selection of real ales from  breweries across the UK, including local micro breweries. Our gin bar will offer a wide selection of gins from the finest craft distilleries across the UK and beyond, including local gins distilled in Lancashire, along with those from further afield.  All gins will be served with a choice of premium Fever-Tree mixers and a wide choice of garnishes.
There will also be a great line-up of entertainment across the whole weekend:

Saturday  BBFC v Gainsborough Trinity 3pm kick off,Live music from April moon, Clubhouse open from 1pm

There are four teams just two points below us ie Bamber Bridge, Morpeth, Workington and Gainsborough.
So in a worst case scenario we could drop from 11th to 15th if we lose at Bamber Bridge. 
Bamber are home to Ilkeston
Morpeth are away to Radcliffe
Workington are away to FC United
Gainsborough are home to Whitby 

On the other hand, an Ilkeston win at Bamber Bridge could lift us back up to 10th if Ashton lose at Matlock

There has been a delay with this mornings pitch inspection at Bamber Bridge. We are now expecting an outcome at 9:15am.

Ilkeston Towns Game at Bamber Bridge has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. the referee has tried to bounce the ball on the pitch and it did not bounce plus it has started to rain again. Fans starting to negotiate how they and when they are going to get back to Ilkeston!
