In the Southern League Premier Central our Derbyshire neighbours Mickleover have secured a playoff spot and will finish 2nd or 3rd. The battle for 2nd place is between Mickleover and Montel Gibson’s Telford United. Each with 3 games to play, Mickleover have 74 points and Telford have 73. 

Stamford’s 3-0 win at champions Needham Market on Tuesday night gives them an outside chance of making the play offs.
