Easter Monday v Mickleover Sports and remaining fixtures

Mickleover's win on Saturday against Hyde means that they are now 9 points behind Ilkeston with a game in hand. Realistically Mickleover are the only team in a current relegation spot who can catch Ilkeston, so Easter Monday's game is vital. If Mickleover were to win it would give them belief that they could survive the drop and from our point of view, it would leave the relegation trapdoor open.  From their remaining fixtures, Mickleover could possibly win 4. Stamford are 10 points behind Ilkeston but have a very difficult finish and are unlikely to win more than 2.

Ilkeston's remaining fixtures are: Mickleover (home), Blyth (home), Whitby (home), Hyde (away), Buxton (away), Rushall (home), Ramsbottom (away).

Mickleover's remaining fixtures are: Ilkeston (away). Colwyn Bay (away), Nantwich (home), Marine (away), Stourbridge (home), Skelmersdale (away), Nantwich (away), Stamford (away)

Stamford's remaining fixtures are: Barwell (away), Marine (away), Stourbridge (away), Salford (home), Darlington (away), Skelmersdale (away), Mickleover (home)

A win against Mickleover should see Ilkeston safe but a defeat puts them in danger of possible relegation.

Re: Easter Monday v Mickleover Sports and remaining fixtures

Ilkeston are still 16th but just eight points above drop zone! It's going to be tight unless we start picking up some points!
