Studley v Ilkeston : Live Updates

It's five minutes to kickoff at this very open ground.  There are no team sheets so there won't be much detail but I'll do my best.

Re: Studley v Ilkeston : Live Updates

There appears to be more Ilkeston supporters than home fans.  I'm at ground level so not a great view.   The teams are out and we're ready to start. We're off.

Re: Studley v Ilkeston : Live Updates

Gibson shoots, keeper saves. In swinging corner causes problem for Studley keeper. Good start by Ilkeston. Good move Ilkeston started by Gibson almost creates chance for White but its cleared for corner. It's all Ilkeston at the minute.

Re: Studley v Ilkeston : Live Updates

Nice effort by Jamie Walker is just too high with keeper beaten. The wind is playing a part. Ilkeston have the wind behind them.  Deakin does well to save a grubber. Ilkeston appeal for a penalty but it's turned down.
23 minutes   0-0.

Re: Studley v Ilkeston : Live Updates

Full time and in my opinion another avoidable away defeat. Two crucial decisions against us didn't help but first half missed chances proved costly.  We had more possession even with ten men and should have won. We are missing too many chances and making mistakes at the back which are being punished. Having said that Studley's keeper had an excellent game.
