    Appeals against lateral moves rarely succeed

    .
    I was wondering if the appeals process was still ongoing. Obviously it is. 
    Once that process is over then the process of producing next years fixtures can begin.


    Thatcham Town FC is deeply disappointed by the FA's announcement to move us laterally into the Southern League Div One South We would like to put on record that we have submitted an appeal against this decision.

    We have received the decision on our appeal regarding the lateral move to the Southern League  Unfortunately our appeal was unsuccessful The club will meet to discuss an action plan for next season. A full statement will be released next week
