Am I wrong in saying this.
Wouldn't we have been better losing one of our 1st 3 games and winning the other 2?
I've only seen 2 of games and listen to the other on the radio.
Gainsborough match we did enough to win, we beat mickleover easy and I think we got away with one at fc.
So that would be 6pts and not the 5 we are on at the moment and unbeaten.

That's the feeling and realisation you get after 2 draws. Yes a win and a defeat gives you an extra point but draws give a feeling of consistency. It also depends on who you're playing against and whether you deserved to have won on the day.
Some matches appear to be winnable but we all know that not every game goes to plan.
We expected to beat Gainsborough so that seemed like 2 points dropped. But if you watched the game and saw that we twice came from behind then the draw was more acceptable than just looking at the result in isolation.
But you're right Alex, from a points perspective, a win and a defeat are better than 2 draws.
