Ex Robin media team member Lewis Allsopp last night appeared on the credits at the end of Newsnight. Lewis  hails from Langley Mill and was taught by Mrs WhiteBall in his younger days. He joined Ilkeston on leaving school and  combined this with studies at Derby University with working at Radio Erewash and the NMG. It was obvious that Lewis was destined for greater things and he eventually joined the BBC. He worked on the BBC coverage of the general election. All at the WhiteBall are very proud of Lewis!
