It’s been a pointless 2025 so far with one match lost against Leek and two matches against Stockton and Hyde postponed. So we definitely need all 3 points against Morpeth who did us a favour by beating Hebburn on Tuesday.
We have no match next Saturday (25th Jan) so this is our only chance to get points this month.
We won 2-1 at Morpeth in October with goals by Harvey Kirby-Moore and Jamie Walker.
Morpeth are 9th in the table : P25. W9. D7. L9. F35. A41. Pts 34
Their away record is better than their home record.
Six of their 9 wins have been on the road P12. W6. D2. L4. F21. A22. Pts 20
Morpeth started the season badly losing their opening 3 matches but have since recovered and they have lost only once in their last 5 matches.

Went to Thursday's training session and morale looks really. Plenty of emphasis on scoring with some brilliant shots going in. I've never seen Lindon Meilkle score so many and Tom Marshall hit a belter of volley from distance. The squad seem really together so I'm hopeful of a good result tomorrow against Morpeth.
