The draw is today. Who will we get,

Spalding play in the Southern Central Premier and have two ex Robins in Curtis Thompson and Diaonne Sembie Ferris. Thompson played n six games for Ilkeston in 2012 and Sembie Ferris played a pre season for Ilkeston on loan from Scunthorpe United.

That Curtis Thompson has just left Grimsby town. Played a lot of games for them aswell last season

Spalding United were promoted as champions of the NPL Midlands at the end of the 2023-24 season
They were placed in the Southern League Premier Central and last season they finished just outside the playoffs .
This season so far, they have won one, drawn one and lost one.
The last time the two teams met was in season 2021-22 when Ilkeston were champions of the NPL MIidlands.
Ilkeston won the home game 5-0 (goals by Billy Bennet 2, Alex Troke, Ollie Brown-Hill and an own goal) and drew 0-0 at Spalding.
Nice ground Spalding if we have to replay
