Nice to see Lancaster at the top of the League after finishing just above the relegation places last season. Hednesford, Gainsborough, Stockton, FC United and Rylands have all made good starts. Rushall started well but have now gone 5 games without a win. Ashton United have also failed to win in their last 3 matches. Guiseley were expected to do well again after making the playoffs last season but they’ve lost 5 of their 10 matches. Hebburn are in great form and are 6 games unbeaten. Promoted Stockbridge have yet to win but Cleethorpes can be pleased with their start. It’s still early days and fortunes will change. It’s looking like it could be a really tight league this season.
