Matchday's my favourite day and it looks like it's on. Tonight is the first of three big matches followed by Hinckley (away) and then Alfreton in the DerbyshireSenior Cup semi final. Tonight will be a big test as Leicester Road will be looking to bounce back after Saturday's defeat.

Good effort by Downes but its deflected for a corner. That was Roads best chance so far. Great skill by Jemson. Holt gets in another shot but its over the bar. Road are more in the game now but its very tight with defences giving nothing away. 0-0 35 minutes

Marshall cross tipped over by LR keeper. Strong finish to the half by Ilkeston.

Another Ilkeston corner. Hopkinson barged over Ilkeston scream for penalty but ref says no. Now its free kick to LR. Ilkeston clear. LR keeper rushes out to clear. Its half time 0-0.

Great try by Wheatley which keeper has to tip over. Hopkinson hasn't seen much of the ball but he took his chance when it came. Jemson intercepts again. 1-0 75 minutes

Lavell White on for Gibson. The game has become very physical. White only just on gets a yellow. Free kick to LR on edge of area. Ball finished up in the net but ref had given the foul. Free kick is blocked so Ilkeston escape.

Gomes off Acton on. Ilkeston are having to defend. Corner for LR. Relief as Hannis holds on to ball. Another LR corner to defend. Hannis has the ball. Relief as Ilkeston get into LR half. Must be nearly time.
