The defeat at Whitby was our 13th of the season and we have now lost more games than in the whole of last season.
A win would have lifted us into the top half of the table but the loss means we’re still in the relegation mix, five points ahead of the final relegation place but the teams below us have games in hand,

Am I the only one to see the danger? After the Whitby defeat, I’m seriously worried about relegation.
We’ve got some really tough home games so I think that we will be relying on picking up away wins to survive.
The last 3 away games at Prescot, Rushall and Stocksbridge are going to be crucial.

Horrible game last night. Gluepot of a pitch which didn't help either side. Don't think either side created a clearcut chance, and it looked for all the world like a nil nil (which would have been ok, take the point, so we don't lose any ground on Whitby), until Tom's moment of madness (should the ref have stopped the game when Colin Daniels went down with a back problem - he was down for the whole attack?). Strange call for me to play Sam Essien on the right-wing, I thought Jordan Stevens must be carrying an injury, but Stevens did come on in the 87th minute, so not sure on that one. I get it that managers try things (like taking the 4 man forward line off at halftime on Saturday), and if they work you're a genius and if they don't you get the flak. I do get concerned how far Alfie Roberts comes out of his goal sometimes and he nearly got caught out again last night.
Highlights (how they managed to find 6 minutes I've no idea) ...

Can't see why our goal was disaloud but what was Tom doing. If Colin grabbed his head then play would have stopped but he didn't.
