They no longer see eye to eye and the situation appears to be unreconcilable.
I hear what Andrew says and I hear what Deaks says.

Well I'm in our chairmans court. One of the best budgets in the league.
And he still says got nothing.

How do you know it is one of the best budgets Alex? I personally think it is foolish to change the manager and risk losing most of the squad at this point in the season. We need to escape relegation and then review the season in a calm manner. If Andy is then not happy with the progress made he can then make alternative arrangements. This gives either Ian time to re build his squad or a new manager time to have a decent pre season!
Is there anybody who you think can produce a better standard of football and might be available?

Questions from far away?
How long you got mate?
If I was doing what is happening to our club. I would be sacked with no payment
So as a football manager you are allowed to do what you want.

What are you suggesting is happening Alex, that is sackable ?
If you’re talking about discipline, for sure it’s not been good. But football is a volatile sport which causes reactions. (from managers and supporters). It happens at all clubs, not just ours. Show me a manager who is passive and doesn't react to certain situations.
I’m told that Deaks paid his own fine as do the players.

On reflection, I apologise for defending our poor disciplinary record, the worst in the league.
Let's get behind the team. There's still a third of the season left and a chance to reach the Derbyshire Senior Cup final. We also need to ensure that we stay at step 3.

You don't have to say sorry for anything mate. We all have our own opinions on this.

We need to probably concentrate on staying at step three and then the club can sit down at the end of the season and sort out the issues that are being raised. At the moment I think Matchman is right and we all need to get the Ilkeston Town Football Club because thats why we do all this crazy stuff!

.
Unfortunately this season has been one of disagreement and conflict among supporters at the club. The result being that only a handful of supporters went to support the club at Workington. We were in a situation where the Supporters Group bus couldn’t run due to lack of numbers and only a couple of their regulars wanted to transfer to the team bus. The Workington officials were openly shocked when told that there was no supporters bus coming. Making the team bus available to supporters was introduced during this season and has created an “us and them” situation. There is no need for this. The reason some supporters travel on the SG coach is because they want to make a day of it. Those who travel on the team coach do so because it suits their needs ie they only want to go to the match and they want to get there early. We all have to respect each others needs
