Ex Robin Richard Brodie has left his management post at AFC Liverpool. Richard is only just an Ex Robins has he played about ten minutes after coming on as a sub and pulling his hamstring after his first touch. He was signed by Lee Fowler who then had to go out and persuade Kyle Perry to sign for us and as they say the rest is history!

Oh dear me Mr Whiteball... this one has just left me wondering about you!
I know there is loads of Ilson love in there...but, if only, and for your partner's sake, do please get a grip!
A guy who played 10-mins!

I have checked back on here and it was a game against Sporting Khalsa which we won 3-0. Richard Brodie came in to replace Elliott Reeves on 75 minutes but had to be replaced on 80 minutes. So Alex is correct just five minutes in the limelight. We had used all our subs so we played the closing stages with ten men. Signing Richard Brodie was a big deal. He had a big reputation!

if you check his Wikipedia entry he was a promising and prolific striker in his early days but sufffered from injuries and bouts of poor discipline. He has he aged these traits seemed to have restricted hid effectiveness and although he was only 32 when he had his 5 mins of fame at the NMG he was past it in reality!
