We now know the teams most likely to come into the Northern Prem Premier Div.

promoted teams from Step4 :
NPL East    Redcar and Emley
NPL West.   Bury and  Avro

Anstey and Warwick from NPL Mids are Southern based so will go into Southern League

Redcar, Emley, Bury and Avro will go into Northern Prem, Premier Division
Relegated Alfreton and Curzon Ashton will also go into the Northern Prem  Premier Division
That’s six incoming teams to replace the two teams promoted to NLNorth and 3 relegated
That brings the NPL back up to 22 teams.

There will be no need to move Rushall or any other team to the Southern League

And this is what I think the make up of the NPL for next season will be

    1 Ashton United
    2 Bamber Bridge
    3 Cleethorpes 
    4 FC United
    5 Gainsborough
    6 Guiseley
    7 Hyde
    8 Ilkeston

I was thinking that Rushall was further North than Anstey but apparently it is not.

Anstey (Leicestershire) is more northerly than Rushall (West Midlands). 

• Anstey is located just north-west of Leicester in the East Midlands.
• Rushall is located near Walsall in the West Midlands,  further south than Anstey.

Just to throw a spanner in the works! If Spalding United fail to beat Real Bedford in the Southern League play offs this will be further north than Rushall and Anstey. However they are much further East!

If Spalding win the playoff final against Real Bedford they as the most Northerly club could come into the NPL Premier Division instead of my original guess Anstey Nomads

If Real Bedford win then they would most likely go in the Southern League because they are the most Southerly of the above teams 

If Hednesford were to lose their playoff final they should stay in the Northern Prem but they and Rushall are located so near to each other (only 8 miles apart) that they both could be kept together in the Northern Prem or both moved to the Southern league.
If they were both moved to the Southern League then there would be another place in the Northern Prem. 
Alternatively if Hednesford and Rushall were kept in the Northern Prem then that could open up an opportunity for Ilkeston to be transferred to the Southern League.

So many permutations :  Lets see how the playoff finals finish.

i can fully understand why you thought that tbh . i watched the last 15 min and the extra time , was a poor game ... i thinking to my self what league will one of these  be in next season , so you arent alone in that mate
