Pre Season Friendlies
We are delighted to announce our first team friendlies for the following season. - Pay on the gate, Adults are £5, Concessions are £3 and 15 and under is free. We already can’t wait to get the new season underway and we hope to see as many of you as possible welcoming our new management team and giving them an Ilkeston welcome!

I think it's a good one to be honest. Yes I enjoy when the big teams come to us,which helps us make some money but whenever have we won one.
Pre season is about getting minutes in the legs and playing football. Forming partnership all over the pitch.

Pre season to means to me excessive early injuries ...
Well thati buggered it already .
Beloer Utd is on a Fri night isn't it and i am on afters .
Eastwood away is on a Tues night and yes you have guessed it I am on afters ...I give up .
But hopefully I might get to the Long Eaton game

Well spotted Kev. I’ve only just noticed that the first friendly away to Belper United is on Friday (3rd July).

Seven weeks to wait before our first pre-season friendly on Friday 3rd July (Belper United, away)
From the 2026/27 season, Belper United’s First Team will be playing home fixtures at the Don Amott Arena, through a ground‑share agreement with Mickleover FC

Thanks. Great update on the pre-season games.
Out of interest, do we know the make-up of the Reserve team yet...?
I'm even more pleased to know that there is a First Team fixture list scheduled too... and all this done with just less than a month to go to the first Friendly... On paper, it's all looking really promising.
