Due to unforeseen circumstances, our pre-season friendly against Eastwood on Tuesday 14th July has been cancelled. We will provide an update on a potential replacement fixture in due course.

Apparently the match was cancelled following a prank by two ex Ilkeston players .

Jamie Walker and Tom Marshall Apparently held a eastwood sign up at the nmg.
I was told this at the Stapleford match.

Are Eastwood CFC the new Grantham Town now? Or the new Long Eaton United or Heanor Town? We usually have a chosen team that we have a tense relationship with although to be fair there was a point not that long ago when everyone hated us. When I used to represent Ilkeston at away games I got harangued at many places particularly Quorn and Chasetown to name just a few! All brilliant fun none the less!
