Alnwick Town came away from a game against high riding Tow Law Town goalless but with their heads held high after drawing 0-0. Alnwick suffered two injury set backs within the first thirty minutes but regrouped to dominate the game particularly in the second half. The visitors only had one clear chance when late they hit the bar with a long range effort. Meanwhile their keeper pulled off some sensational saves and Alnwick did miss a few sitters in a thrilling game hampered by a very strong wins. The management will be concerned that Alnwick have not scored at home yet this season whilst scoring nine away from St James Park but most of the 105 crowd will be pleased with the fight and effort shown. Another home game on Saturday will give a chance to open their goal scoring account before the 472 Crew!
