They won at Whitby, Curzon and Emley. They drew at Workington and lost their last away game at Alfreton
Guiseley are the 3rd highest scorers in the league with 22 goals (only Cleethorpes and Avro have scored more)

Re: Tue 6th Oct26 : Ilkeston v Guiseley : NMG ko 7 45pm
.
I always think the home team has a reasonable chance of winning a night match on their own ground.
So while Guiseley looks and is a tough match, another defeat is not a foregone conclusion.
I think we now have better players and it’s just a matter of them getting used to playing together.
The players need it drilling in them that if they get a scoring opportunity, they take it instead off opting to pass. I thought Jennings looked promising and Reason was fully committed when he came on against Lancaster..

It’s another thin looking crowd here at the NMG.
It's five minutes to kickoff
The teams are out. Ilkeston in red. Guiseley in yellow shirts, black shorts.
Ilkeston start the match attacking the car park end.

Good defending by Johnson. Guiseley fans are mocking the Ilkeston players who keep giving the ball away. Ilkeston just can’t get going. Hunter replaced by Reason. We’ll do well to get to half time only one behind. 0-1. 40 mins

Re: Tue 6th Oct26 : Ilkeston v Guiseley : NMG ko 7 45pm
Promising Ilkeston move ended by offside flag. Brandy wins a corner. Big chance for Guiseley but the shot is straight at Wilson. Davis cross is just about held onto by keeper Hall. AT least we’re getting forward more.
